Francis is a Notary Public and an Associate/General Counsel in the Arbitration, Corporate & Commercial and Litigation practice groups of the firm. He has considerable experience in handling litigation disputes and arguing contentious applications in the various Courts of records. He is seasoned in legal research and drafting court processes and Legal Agreements. He assists clients with filing Pre- and Post- Incorporation documents at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

He is a member of several associations such as the Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management (CIPDM), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).
